Return Policy
The Level Srl ("the Seller") aims to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which you received the products purchased on parajumpers.com.
1. Methods for Exercising Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel the contract within fourteen (14) days of the date of receiving your products by filling in the Return Authorisation Request (with Return Authorisation Number or RAN) that you will find online in our Customer Care area or by sending us an explicit declaration of your decision (in the latter instance it is your responsibility to prove that your right to cancel was exercised in a proper, timely manner).
We will confirm receipt of your request by sending you an email with your return number.
The products to be returned must be shipped by courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date that you notified the Seller of your decision to cancel the contract. The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by the Seller, or using another courier, only after you have received your return number.
However, you cannot exchange the chosen item with another.
2. Conditions for Exercising your Right to Cancel
The right to cancel shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- A. The authorisation request must be properly completed and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of delivery receipt.
- B. The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
- C. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. All products sold by the Seller come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the product. Please try the product without removing the tag and relative seal because products returned without these will not be accepted.
- D. The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories that were sent together with the products (e.g. dust bags).
- E. The returned products must be sent from the country where you made the order.
- F. The returned products must be sent by courier within fourteen (14) days after the date on which you submitted your return authorisation request.
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund the price of the purchased products.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted as it does not meet the conditions given above. In this case, you can choose to be resent the purchased products at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, the Seller reserves the right to keep the products and the corresponding purchase amount for the products.
3. Shipping
Returns can be sent via the courier indicated by the Seller, using the pre-printed label supplied by the Seller, then following the instructions found inside the package. This method will allow the Seller to pay shipping on your behalf, deducting an amount equal to the sum previously paid for home delivery of the purchased products you wish to refund. You can find the return fee per country on the following TABLE. If you decide to use an alternative courier to the one indicated by the Seller to return your products, you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and you will remain liable for the loss or damage of the products during transport. In this case you will receive a full refund equal to the purchased products.
4. Refund Times and Methods
After the Seller has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), the Seller will start the refund process as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from being informed of your decision to exercise your right to cancel, once it has been checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The actual time period for crediting or refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the products depends on the form of payment used:
- A. purchased by credit/debit card: the refund time will depend on the credit/debit card company’s policies, but usually takes place within two bank statements. We'd like to remind you that the value date of the credit will be the same as the charge, therefore you will not be subjected to any bank interest losses.
- B. cash on delivery (if available): you will be refunded to the bank account you provided, therefore the refund time depends on the accuracy of the data provided. Normally you will be credited with the amount within fourteen (14) days. Please remember that you must have a bank account in order to receive a refund for an order paid cash on delivery.
- C. purchased via PayPal (if available): the refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
- D. payment via other methods (e.g. SofortBanking, Giropay, Quiwi Wallet – if available): the refund will be processed in accordance with the mode offered by the specific payment method. Please contact us by visiting our Customer Service area to get more information on the specific payment method.
